Starbucks Holiday Menu: The Best Drinks to Try

The Starbucks holiday menu for 2026 hit United States stores on Thursday, November 5, with tiramisu drinks and new treats. Red Cup Day follows on November 17.
Key Points
- Two Tiramisu Velvet drinks and a new apple refresher join the menu.
- Peppermint Mocha and three other favorites are back.
- Red Cup Day lands on Tuesday, November 17.
What Is New on the Starbucks Holiday Menu
The biggest headline is tiramisu. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte comes hot or iced. A Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew joins it, according to Food Network.
Both drinks get a mascarpone cold foam on top. A dusting of cocoa and coffee powder finishes the look.
For people who skip coffee, there is the Apple Pomegranate Refresher. It mixes crisp apple flavor with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls.
There is also a creamier twist called the Snowy Apple. It swaps water for coconut milk, which makes it dairy-free.
Holiday Favorites That Came Back
Fans of the classics can relax. Four well-known drinks returned this week, as FOX 13 Seattle reported.
- Peppermint Mocha
- Caramel Brulee Latte
- Sugar Cookie Latte
- Gingerbread Chai
New Food in the Bakery Case
The food menu got a refresh too. The cutest addition is the Bearista Cake Pop, shaped like the bear in a winter hat.
On the savory side, there is a new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese. The Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich also returns with a new recipe.
Meanwhile, three sweet treats are back. Look for the Cranberry Bliss Bar, the Snowman Cookie and the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Red Cup Day returns on Tuesday, November 17. Buy a holiday drink that day, and you get a free reusable red cup while supplies last, Scripps News reported.
Collectors should mark three more dates. On November 10, mystery Bearista glass cups arrive in sealed boxes. You only see the design after you open it.
The Winter Wonderland collection follows on November 17, with icy blue drinkware. Then, on December 1, the original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns to select stores, according to ConsumerAffairs.
