The Best New Netflix Shows in November 2026

Here are the biggest Netflix original series this month, based on the list from What’s on Netflix.

Black Doves Season 2

Keira Knightley returns as Helen, a spy who leaks secrets while her husband prepares to become prime minister. Ben Whishaw also returns as the hitman Sam.

Neve Campbell and Sam Riley join the cast. If you liked the twisty first season, this is the top pick this month.

The Altruists

This eight-episode limited series tells the story of Sam Bankman-Fried and the collapse of his crypto exchange, FTX. Anthony Boyle plays Bankman-Fried, and Julia Garner plays Caroline Ellison.

It is a good pick for fans of true business scandals and courtroom stories. The show arrives on November 19.

Under Siege

This eight-part Colombian drama draws on the 1985 attack on the Palace of Justice in Bogota. A guerrilla group stormed the building, and the army later took it back.

The show is fictional but rooted in real events. It started streaming on November 6.

The Body and Bass X Machina

The Body follows Catholic school girls who start having strange visions after a dance-team initiation goes wrong. It mixes teen drama with eerie supernatural horror.

Bass X Machina is a six-episode steampunk animated series. Its hero draws on Bass Reeves, a real lawman from the American Old West.

Returning Favorites

The Empress season 3 is the final season of the German royal drama. North of North returns for a second season of warm Canadian comedy.

The Hunting Wives season 2 arrives on Thanksgiving, with Malin Akerman and Brittany Snow back in the lead roles.

What to Do to Pick What to Watch

With so many new shows, it helps to plan ahead. Start with the genre you enjoy most, then try one new style each week.

Short series are great for busy weeks. Limited series like The Altruists and Under Siege have only eight episodes each.
